Qualified Chef for Indian Restaurant required

We are looking for an experienced and qualified chef for busy Indian restaurant to work on Tandoor and curry section . You will be looking after own sections which can be tandoor or curry section.
Responsibilities
- Control and direct the food preparation process and other related activities .
- Construct menus with new creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages.
- Arrange for repairs when necessary.
- Oversee the work of subordinates.
- Estimate staff’s workload.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers.
- Oversee and supervise all kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as Chef in Indian restuarant.
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management.
- Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Familier with latest trend in food industry.
- Sound knowledge of organic ,vegan & gluten free dishes
- Full time work rights
