About the Role
In this role, you will support the delivery of allied health services in an aged care setting as well as deliver community based programs (individual and group). You will work as an extension of multidisciplinary teams supporting residents to achieve their wellness goals and clinical needs.
We are looking for staff that share our drive and think outside the box in the way we deliver wellness initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant degree qualification
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist (limited Reg may also considered)
- Deliver rehabilitation, re-enablement and pain management programs
- Deliver falls education and prevention initiatives
- Contribute to accurate clinical documentation
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews
