The Role 🌏
We are seeking experienced Sonographers to join the team at the St John of God Hospital Warrnambool. You will be a part of our collaborative, committed Sonography team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct a variety of scans including 1st and 2nd trimester pregnancy scans, with a focus on follicle studies, and occasional paediatrics scans.
- Adhere to enjoyable 30-minute appointment times with ample breaks.
- Manage your own list of appointments.
- Collaborate with radiologists and colleagues.
- Ensure rooms are restocked, cleaned and patients are finalized.

About You 👩⚕️👨⚕️
- Graduate Diploma or Masters of Medical Ultrasound with current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
- Ideally 2+ years postgraduate ultrasound experience
- An all-rounder with competencies in a variety of ultrasound examinations including breast, general, MSK, obstetrics and vascular.
- Prepared to participate in a rotating weekend on-call roster between 8am - 5pm.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs.
- Experience with Siemens and GE ideal.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
