We are recruiting multiple Pricing Actuary and Pricing Manager for our personal line insurance pricing teams as part of our growth and expansion plans.These are highly technical roles and will be leading small teams to ensure pricing decisions are based on robust data driven analysis and a deep understanding of risk-based pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of analyst/senior analyst to perform end-to-end pricing for the personal insurance portfolio through data analysis, modelling and implementation.
- Conduct technical analysis including building predictive models.
- Managing and manipulating large and complex data sets.
- Provide insights of the market trends and recommendations on pricing.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and assisting in the development of new pricing strategies.
Role requirement:
- 5+ years of general insurance personal line pricing experience.
- Programming acumen in either SAS, SQL, R or Python.
- Experience with pricing techniques, GLM or GBM are highly favourable.
- Experience in natural perils pricing is a plus.
