About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Northwest Sydney. New Graduate and Early career physiotherapists are welcome andwill be well supported.
You will work alongside another physiotherapist to provide exceptional rehabilitative care to clients residing in a residential aged care facility, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence. Full access to an onsite premium gym with state-of-the-art exercise equipment. What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to develop individualised care plans for clients
- Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including exercise programs and manual therapy techniques
- Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care
- Providing patient education and coaching to promote self-management and long-term health outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional standards
- Participating in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification
- Current registration with AHPRA or working towards it
- Demonstrated experience in a similar physiotherapy role, preferably within a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
- Spanish speaking will be an added bonus and will be desirable but not essential
