We are looking for a passionate and hard working chef to join our growing team. With renovations nearing completion, you will be working in a brand new, purpose built kitchen with a team of fun and positive chefs.
We want someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and a growth mindset. We are passionate about producing great food, from pub classics to fresh, seasonal specials. There is a lot of potential to grow in this role and within the group.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience as a Cook/Chef is required
- Cooking in all sections
- Understanding of stock control and waste minimisation
- Knowledge of all kitchen procedures, food handling and workplace safety
- Food Safety Certificate
- Commercial Cookery Certificate III
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Open and close of kitchen
- Cooking pub/hotel food in accordance with the menu and standards
- Monitor food stock controls
- Attention to detail in plating presentation.
- Placing food orders as required
- Ensure health and safety regulations
- Training staff
