The candidate will need a wide range of skills and attributes, must be flexible, enthusiastic and have a sound knowledge of food and kitchen trends. With the vision of becoming the new and best ‘place to be’ we are wanting to re-open for lunch and dinner service periods, with a possibility of including breakfast in the future, so there will be a range of different working hours and conditions which both we and you can provide.

Certificate III / IV in Commercial Cookery
- Prior Experience as a Chef in a high volume venue
- Experience in training and empowering others
- Professionalism and enthusiasm
- Great training and coaching skills
- Ability to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
- Proficient in stock control, ordering, and checking deliveries
- Capable of delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work Full-Time hours over a rotating roster
- Excellent refences
