About the role
We're looking for an experienced Cook/Chef to join our vibrant team. As a full-time Cook/Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of delicious burgers and other menu items to delight our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of burger dishes and other menu items to a high standard
- Ensuring all food preparation and service is carried out in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assisting with menu planning and development to continually improve and expand our offering
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team culture
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Enthusiasm for creating innovative, delicious burger dishes
- Food safety and hygiene certification
What we offer
Willing to offer 482 & 407 visa sponsorship if needed. Business is also DAMA accredited; therefore, DAMA 482 is also available if required.
