The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for professional & inspirational Group Pastry Chef to join us in 2025. This role will have both service and menu development, working across our current and upcoming venues ensuring we deliver at the highest level. We are looking for someone who is classically trained but adept in working across different cuisines, designing creative dishes that can be executed in high volume kitchens.
The Responsibilities
- Participate in continuous on-the-job training to enhance both personal and team performance
- Mentor and guide junior pastry team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Lead and oversee pastry operations across multiple venues, ensuring the highest quality and consistency
- Mentorship & guidance to junior pastry team members
- Proven experience in working with chocolate within pastry section
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
- Develop and implement creative pastry menus seasonally
- Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance.
- This role will require 3+ years’ experience across all the above
