About the Role As Manager – Audit and Assurance, you will:
- Lead audits and assurance engagements for a wide range of clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Travel occasionally to regional areas, providing on-site client support and insight.
- Mentor and develop a team of 3–5 professionals, fostering their growth and performance.
- Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
- CA/CPA qualifications (or equivalent), with extensive experience in audit and assurance.
