About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with communication and swallowing challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Developing tailored therapy plans to help clients improve their communication skills.
- Delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals and groups.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate client records and contributing to continuous service improvement.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology .
- Eligible for or currently hold Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration.
- Comfortable working with a diverse caseload in various therapy settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support clients effectively.
- Excellent time management to handle a varied caseload efficiently.
