About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist , you will report to the Allied Health Team Leader and be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ functional needs and goals.
- Developing individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence.
- Providing evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their functional and occupational goals.
- Ensuring services balance access, continuity of care, and cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
- Maintaining accurate client records and required statistical data.
- Engaging in professional development and contributing to team planning and quality improvement initiatives.
About You
- An experienced Occupational Therapist with sponsorship and financial relocation assistance provided.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Eligibility for or current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Skilled in providing both individual and group therapy services, including coaching families and caregivers.
- Strong time management and self-management skills to handle a diverse caseload.
