JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overview workflow of vehicle repairs and align with expectations of the Operations Manager.
- Restore vehicles to a dent-free state.
- Remove dents through the use of different techniques including glue pulling and leveraging which may require the removal of vehicle lights and interior panels.
- Provide guidance on panel defects and possible repair techniques
- Complete work orders required for a vehicle and confirm that work has been carried out with the quality that we are looking for.
- Assist in prepping vehicles when required.
- Work in collaboration with the team to ensure that IRC runs as efficiently as possible and help create great work environment.
- Communicate effectively and support the wider team and provide assistance when needed.
- Maintain a clean work area and take pride in our workshop being maintained to the highest standards and one where you would be proud to show our customers around!
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a PDR Technician
- Ability to work in a busy environment and occasionally changing prioritie
- Have own kit of PDR tools required for accurate repair
- Excellent attention to detai
- Ability to work within time cycles and still maintain a high-quality level of work
- Being an ambassador of the company
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivate
- Reliable and punctual
- Clean NSW drivers license
