We’re on the lookout for an experienced Maitre D’ to lead our energetic food and beverage team and elevate our customer service experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising a fun, motivated team of food and beverage staff.
- Managing and coordinating restaurant reservations.
- Assisting with staff training and professional development.
- Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for staff and guests alike.
- Running the service and overseeing floor operations during your shift.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional customer service skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Solid wine knowledge is essential.
- Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage.
- Proven experience supervising a team in a busy restaurant/bar setting.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Current NSW RSA Certificates are mandatory
