About the Role:
As a Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and safety prochedure duties.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality food standards across all outlets.
- Assist in training and development of junior staff.
- Maintain hygiene and cleaning schedules as per standards.
- Implement and follow SOPs for all dishes.
- Manage stock control and minimize wastage.
- Support budgeted food cost targets.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and report to the Head Chef.
- Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments.
- Ensure safety procedures, including fire protocols, are followed.
Requirements:
- Complete a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or a related qualification
- Minimum 3 years experiences as a CDP or equivalent
- Demonstrate leadership skills, highly organised and detail-oriented to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Have good communication skills and attitude, familiar with teamwork.
