Hopetoun campus is one of three campuses and provides a comprehensive range of acute, urgent, aged care, and a wide range of community health and allied services. Hopetoun campus is located in the heart of Hopetoun at 12 Mitchell Place Hopetoun, half way between Adelaide and Melbourne.
The ANUM acts as a professional and clinical role model for all team members, setting high clinical standards and ensuring the delivery of high standards of evidence based nursing. This is a mixed ward campus, so are seeking candidates with experience in Urgent/Acute and well Aged Care.
Part time and Full time positions available at the Hopetoun campus.
The successful candidate will have:
- Registered Nurse with minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant clinical area
- Post-Graduate qualification in a relevant area or willing to undertake further study
- Understanding of relevant accreditation and funding systems, and demonstrated ability to manage continuous improvement portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders including team members, consumers and family members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flu vaccination evidence
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current and valid Police Clearance
- Current NDIS Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current AHPRA registration
