We are looking for someone how can do marks out, shapes, forms and joins Sheetmetal and other materials to make products and components.
Also, someone how is able to install air conditioning components such as A/C units, duct, industrial fans and understand construction drawings.
Duties
· May able to coordinate with builders in different sites and locations.
· Drawing Site measures pieces on site to suit with the current job.
· May install others equipment as fans, AHU's, Fire dumpers, grills.
· Be able to coordinate a floor for duct installation and Air conditioning equipment.
· studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job, material and equipment requirements
· selecting metal stock, such as stainless steel, galvanised iron, mild steel, aluminium and copper, and checking sizes, gauges and other dimensions of metal stock against specifications
· cutting metal stock along guidelines using hand and power tools and drills
· shaping and forming cut metal stock into products using folding and and hammers
· fitting and assembling components into final products by welding, riveting, soldering, brazing and otherwise joining
· finishing products cleaning assembled products
· may repair damaged sheet metal products and components
· may specialise in fabrication, or on-site assembly and installation, of sheetmetal products
· Implement safety procedures
