Full-time opportunities are available for skilled Meat Workers and Knife-hands. Sponsorship is offered to eligible candidates. The roles involve full-time work, typically Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 38 hours per week, plus overtime. Weekend and public holiday work may be offered on an optional basis.
Ideal Candidates
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
Able to keep up with production demands and maintain efficiency.
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to pass a medical examination, functional testing, and drug screening.
Strong attendance and a willingness to work 38 hours per week, plus overtime.
This role is open to individuals holding full-time visas (462, 417, 485, etc.). Successful candidates must have existing full working rights within Australia.
Main Responsibilities
- Promoting safety values and participating in a well-established site safety culture.
- Contributing to a well-organized, supportive team environment.
Performing meat processing duties, including:
- Trimming, boning, and cutting meat.
- Operating specialty equipment such as Line Strappers and Net Loaders.
- Packing retail and wholesale cuts of meat.
- Skilled Knifehand tasks, including trimming and boning.
- Opportunities for career advancement and professional Knifehand training.
- Demonstrating strong attendance and commitment to the role.
- Typical shifts: 6:00 AM 2:36 PM, 7:00 AM 3:36 PM (subject to availability).
