Job Description
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Assisting the head chef with ordering
- Assisting the head chef with rostering
- Training junior staff
- Complying with all food health and safety requirements
Experience Required
- Must have Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 3 years experience as a chef
Other Requirements
- Must be able to work on weekends and a rotating roster
- Must be a strong team player and able to work in a busy environment
