As a chef, you will be responsible for plan and direct preparation and culinary activities, Create new recipes and ensure quality consistency in every dish , Maintain clean and safe workplace, Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their daily tasks, Manage inventory, order supplies and ensure cost control, Maintain high standard of food hygiene.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for cooking and a keen eye foe detail. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment. You must be able to work well under pressure, have excellent time management skills, and be a team player.
Requirements:
-Relevant chef qualifications preferred
-Proven experience as a Chef (minimum 12 months experience)
-Knowledge of various cooking techniques
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
