About the role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef/Cook to join our team. As a full-time/part time position, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a diverse range of menu items to the highest standards
- Ensuring all food is presented beautifully and in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assisting with menu development and contributing ideas to enhance the dining offering
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
- Significant experience as a Chef/Cook in a similar hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
