The role
Reporting into the Head of Sales you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team of Consultants in the energy space. You will set individual sales targets to achieve team and organisational sales objectives by incentivising the team to achieve customer growth. Be client facing in terms of deals, in addition to coaching, onboarding & training staff.
What you'll be doing
- Manage a team of high-performing sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, pursue and close sponsorship deals
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship packages
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimise sales processes
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to build relationships with potential partners
- Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to senior management
