Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including fortnightly rostering and ordering from suppliers
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ staff members across front-of-house and kitchen operations
- Willing to learn charcoal chicken cooking process
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control measures
- Drive business growth through marketing initiatives and customer retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and workplace health and safety standards
- Maintain precise financial records, do regular stock-take and achieve revenue targets
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Proven track record in staff leadership and development
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Excellence in customer service and conflict resolution
- Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willing to obtain)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Valid working rights in Australia
Desired Skills:
- Experience in quick-service restaurants or similar establishments
- Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality management software
- Understanding of local food safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
