We deliver the full spectrum of services, including feasibility, design planning and investment, manufacturing and construction, operations, maintenance, upgrades, asset management, rehabilitation and decommissioning. Due to our ever-growing portfolio of national and international projects, we have opportunities for Graduates to relocate to Australia to join our dynamic team across our companies, CPB Contractors, UGL, Sedgman, EIC Activities and Pacific Partnerships.
Your Opportunity
Our company invests in future leaders and offers a two-year graduate program within our operating companies across Australia to graduates of MIT. Our global graduate program provides the opportunity to learn, develop and gain exposure to some of the world's most iconic asset, infrastructure, and resources projects. During this paid program, you will experience two one-year rotations with placements in various roles and projects and will receive structured on-the-job training, guided learning plans, formal development and leadership mentoring.
We need talented people in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Digital, Structural disciplines) to join our business areas of Civil, Tunnelling, Building, Rail Signalling, Rail Systems, System Assurance and Design.
