A rapidly growing renewable energy business who specialise in Solar, Batteries, Air-Conditioning, EV Charging, and other appliances to electrify the home or business in Dubbo, NSW and regional NSW areas.
We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our team and will need to demonstrate confidence in their scheduling ability, communication skills, and be able to learn quickly and think on their feet.

As a Project Administrator you would be involved in the following duties:
* Organising pre and post install processes and related admin tasks.
* Invoicing of project claims and service works.
* Scheduling and co-ordinating installations with customers, field staff and contractors
* Serving as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Preparing and distributing project-related documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
* Ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, issues, and changes.
* Managing project documentation, including contracts, plans, permits, and approvals.
* Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.
* Supporting Procurement activities to maintain budget requirements.
* Answering phone calls & emails to assist customers with their queries.
* Handle CRM data entry and management with accuracy and attention to detail.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
* Ability to liaise with a variety of clients, office & site-based staff, suppliers and subcontractors.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and strong organisational abilities.
* Advanced data processing skills ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
* Be a self-starter who can explore and qualify opportunities with little direction.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement.
* A friendly, positive and professional customer-focused attitude.
