About the Role: As Café Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and maintain our high standards of food quality and service. You'll work closely with management to drive business growth while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of café staff, providing training, feedback, and support
- Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, stock control, and food safety compliance
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Handle cash management and end-of-day reconciliation
- Maintain workplace health and safety standards
- Consistency is everything. You will be trained in Good Cartels processes and procedures and your success in the role is determined by your ability to execute them every time.
- Responsibility and Reliability: Being punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions correctly is vital. Your team should be able to rely on you for consistent performance and adherence to schedules.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a café supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong coffee skills highly regarded
- Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willing to obtain)
- Experience with staff rostering and stock management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Available to work weekends and varied shifts
Package:
- Base salary $63,835 per annum (excluding superannuation)
