About the Role
We are searching for a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team to new heights. This is a hands-on role where you will:
- Train, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service
- Take ownership of the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Create and manage staff rosters, ensuring efficient team scheduling
- Oversee team time management to maintain smooth operations
- Be available across 7 days, including weekends and evenings with 2 consecutive days off
- Lead by example, running smooth and efficient service periods
- Use your exceptional people skills to create memorable guest experiences
- Showcase your mixology talent by crafting delicious cocktails and contributing to menu design
- Manage stock, suppliers, and inventory with precision
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality control
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in a restaurant management role
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Experience in roster creation and team time management
✅ Solid understanding of POS systems and inventory management (Ideal POS)
✅ Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
✅ Creative flair for cocktail making and menu development
✅ Ability to work flexible hours across a 7-day roster
✅ Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
✅ A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to team growth and success
✅ RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Approved Manager Certification – Essential
