Role Overview:
As the Onsite Physiotherapist, you will work in a range of innovative environments as well as having the option of telehealth work. Your primary focus will be on early intervention, rehabilitation, and effective return-to-work strategies for injured workers. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 physiotherapy treatments on-site for injured workers.
- Develop and implement exercise programs, particularly focusing on manual handling and workplace injury prevention.
- Collaborate with clients, to facilitate early return-to-work initiatives.
- Work with a varied roster that may include day and night shifts across multiple locations.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and high-quality service delivery without the pressure of KPIs.

Ideal Candidate:
- FULL AHPRA Registration is essential
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in private practice or musculoskeletal physiotherapy (hospital experience is also acceptable).
- Strong assessment and diagnosis skills; experience in sports physiotherapy is a plus.
- Independent and confident in managing client relations and daily work responsibilities.
- Holder of a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
