The candidate must have an excellent presentation, the highest standards of delivery in a hatted restaurant environment (or Michelin star), a strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills, strong team player, excellent people and time management skills and the ability to work with international staff, excellence in delivering quality customer service and customer satisfaction ratings including brand standards.

· Office and Rostering duties including financials
· Stock Control and Ordering

· Reporting to Food and Beverage Manager
