Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and consistency.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Work closely with management to improve kitchen workflow and service quality.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in Korean cuisine or BBQ restaurants.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
