Our Venue & Who We're Looking For
We're looking for qualified Cooks (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, or international equivalent) & qualified Chefs (Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, or international equivalent).
We are offering casual a-la-carte dining in a truly unique atmosphere in the beautiful semi-rural community. We trade 5 days per week (Wed - Sun), offering meals from 11:30am – 2:00pm and 5:30pm – 8:00pm daily.

We are an approved Standard Business Sponsorship employer by the Australian Government's Department of Home Affairs. This means we are eligible to sponsor individuals approved to work in Australia who hold either a 482 (Skills in Demand) or 494 (Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional) visa.
About the Role
Our Chef / Cook roles are responsible for creating & delivery the exceptionally high-quality cuisine we've quickly become known for.
You will work in a newly built kitchen facility, fully fitted out with all new appliances, systems & tooling.
You will be a key contributor to the success of our kitchen operations, working within a high performing yet fun-loving team, reporting to the position of Head Chef / Kitchen Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
• Performing established kitchen / BOH processes & procedures
• Demonstrating a positive & can-do attitude
• Working collaboratively with your fellow BOH team members & FOH alike.
• Prepare a variety of food including customer favorites and contemporary dishes. Evolving with seasonal produce.
• Ensures the quality of food is always consistent and reflects our brand and values.
• Producing a high volume of delicious food in a fast-paced environment
• Achieving KPI’s
• Ensuring your workspace is clean and maintained above health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills
• Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management (or international equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Strong knowledge of food preparation methods, techniques & hygiene
