Key Responsibilities
As a Workday Learning Lead, your day-to-day activities will revolve around leveraging your Workday Learning expertise to design and implement effective learning solutions. In this role, you’ll function as the designated subject matter expert SME. By using your expertise, you will help effectively deploy Workday Learning, that helps drive employee engagement, enhance skill development, and improve overall business performance. Your ability to align learning strategies with organisational goals will ensure that learning solutions are not only technically sound but also deliver measurable benefits.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond crafting learning solutions to include designing custom reports using Workday Learning tools. Additionally, you’ll assume a crucial role in collaborating with and managing the team to ensure optimal performance. This involves taking charge of team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to immediate team issues as well as broader cross team challenges.
You will be entrusted with the task of ensuring seamless data integration with other IT components, thus playing a significant role in contributing to the organization s overall success. You should also expect to play a role in the deployment of relevant Workday HCM Modules for Workday implementation effort and have the following responsibilities:
- Having proficiency in Workday Enterprise Deployment and advanced proficiency in Business Model Strategy and expert proficiency in Workday Core HCM will be advantageous.
- Analyse client requirements to craft customised learning solutions leveraging Workday Learning.
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures and technical designs specific to learning projects.
- Foster effective collaboration across teams to ensure the seamless integration of Workday Learning.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of learning solutions.
- Work with clients to share our Workday best practices
- Participate in Workday certification and update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants.
Your skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant prior Workday HCM consulting experience with a focus on the Learning module
- Successfully completed at least 2-3 end-to-end HCM implementations.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Existing and current Workday HCM Core Certification preferred
- Workday Extended Enterprise Learning experience preferred
- Additional preferred attributes:
- Ability and willingness to travel within COVID guidelines.
- Implementing Workday HCM with a certified Workday implementation partner
- Experience with pre-sale and sales activities would be useful.
- Multiple Workday certifications
- 2-5 years’ experience in Workday implementations (either as a customer or an implementation partner)
