About the Role:
As the Speech Pathologist, you will report into the Allied Health Team Leader and will be responsible for:
- Manage a clinical caseload and deliver comprehensive speech pathology assessments and interventions.
- Provide individual and group services to enhance communication, social skills, and feeding abilities.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Act as the key contact for allocated clients, ensuring continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely records within the Client Management System.
About You
- International Candidates currently practising in New Zealand, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States or Canada
- Eligible to obtain Speech Pathology Australia membership (or already hold)
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent
- Proficient in delivering paediatric speech pathology services in both one-on-one and group settings, with the capacity to coach parents and carers for home-based follow-up.
- Excellent time management and self-management abilities to handle a caseload of clients with varying speech conditions.
