Relocation Incentive and Support for Radiographers
Incentives:
- Up to $15,000 initial payment upon contract signing, based on family size and origin.
- Additional payments totalling $40,000 over milestones at 3, 12, 24, and 36 months of service.
Conditions:
- Must be a qualified Radiographer with Australian work rights.
- Payments prorated based on hours worked.
- Relocation from outside Western Australia required.
- Available to Capitol Health employees and external candidates.
- Initial payment repayable if milestone (1 year) isn't met.
- Performance-based payments subject to annual review.
- Visa/sponsorship costs handled separately.
