Your culinary talents will be on display, while assisting in leading the team and managing all food-related functions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading Kitchen operations to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Set and maintain goals for the Culinary function and activities
- Ensure Culinary standards and responsibilities are met
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Oversee all food preparation areas, including banquets, room service, restaurants and bars
- Oversee support areas including stewarding and purchasing
- Guide and develop a a team, including direct reports.
The Senior Sous Chef will need to be availability to work late nights and weekends as required. Sponsorship of a working visa may be considered for the right candidate.
