The Role
We’re seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our established team of 12 senior developers. This is a strictly on-site position—remote applications will not be considered. Flexible arrangements (full-time, part-time, or casual) are available, offering a secure, long-term role with a competitive hourly rate or salary option.

- Backend: Core PHP
- Database: AWS MySQL
- Frontend: React JS, JavaScript, jQuery
About You
We’re not focused on formal qualifications—what matters most is your experience and technical capability. Our existing team consists of developers with 3+ years of industry experience, from both self-taught and academic backgrounds.
We’re looking for developers with strong skills in PHP and MySQL. Knowledge in many of the following areas is highly desirable:
- ReactJS
- DevOps / SysOps
- API integration
- Database optimisation
- Healthcare data security and compliance
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Team management
You’ll need to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be ready to hit the ground running. The ability to solve problems and deliver outcomes efficiently is crucial.
Sponsorship
Visa sponsorship may be considered for the ideal candidate; however, this would only be offered after a successful three-month probationary period. As a result, this position is open only to candidates currently residing in Australia on a valid visa.
