About the Role
As a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, you will report to the Clinical Lead and work as part of a collaborative team to provide high-quality mental health services. You will:
- Conduct mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions for individuals of all ages.
- Provide therapy and support in clinic settings, schools, homes, and community environments.
- Work closely with families, educators, and other allied health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to ongoing professional development.
- Option to supervise provisional Occupational Therapists, depending on experience.
About You
- Relocating to Australia from New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Ireland seeking sponsorship.
- Fully registered (or eligible for mutual recognition) with AHPRA.
- Experience or interest in working with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of mental health conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team environment.
- Passion for providing high-quality, client-centered care.
