YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a full-time position, and you will be required to complete the following duties on a day-to-day basis but are not limited to the following:
- Assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, sports injuries and other impairments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to patients’ needs and goals.
- Provide physiotherapy treatments to reduce pain, improve circulation, strengthen muscles, and enhance cardiovascular, respiratory, and neuromuscular functions.
- Utilise various therapeutic techniques, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, heat and cold therapy, massage, and ultrasound.
- Continuously monitor, assess, and adjust treatment programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care and ensure coordinated treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and self-care techniques for continued progress at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Develop and participate in screening programs and preventative health initiatives to promote overall well-being and injury prevention.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- highly developed written and oral communication
- willing to work with NDIS and Aged Care clients on and off site
- comfortability working autonomously
- must have English Proficiency exam

Pay: $76,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
