About the role
- Provide high-quality care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings
- Support service development for heart-lung transplant and cardiothoracic patients
- Work in a dynamic team with opportunities for clinical supervision and education
- Develop and lead clinical services within a leading healthcare organisation
- Contribute to quality improvement and change management within the service
About you
- Degree in physiotherapy with current Australian Physiotherapy Registration (APHRA)
- Extensive experience in cardiothoracic physiotherapy, including heart-lung transplantation
- Strong background in providing education and clinical supervision to staff
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex cardiothoracic cases and ambulatory care
- Ability to plan, implement, and lead clinical services and quality improvement initiatives
