Who We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
- Experience in residential, community, or in-home aged care.
- AHPRA-registered clinicians based in WA, NSW, QLD, or TAS.
- Locally based visa applicants welcome to apply
Skills and experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
- Empathetic and compassionate nature with a client-focused approach
- Ability to prioritise workloads safely and efficiently
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) (or progress towards) OR significant experience in a related setting with a willingness to undertake training
- Computer literacy and ability to adapt to new technology
- Understanding of aged care standards, accreditation, and quality care requirements
Requirements for the Role
- National Police Check (valid within the last 12 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions is essential
