Since we work with clients and suppliers from various countries, communication skills are essential:
- Proficiency in English is required for daily business interactions.
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred to assist with communication with Chinese suppliers and business partners.
- Additional language skills are highly valued as they help us better serve our global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy
- Monitor and manage inventory, making adjustments as needed
- Communicate with customers via SMS, email, and other platforms
- Assist the marketing team with content creation for promotions and social media campaigns
- Organize and maintain shipment data to support logistics operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes

Work Time & Salary
Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
Night Shifts: 19:00 PM – 4:00 AM (including a 1-hour break)
Hour rate start from $30
Our Docklands office is conveniently located in the CBD, offering a modern and easily accessible work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in task execution
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- At least 1 year of local work experience or 3+ years of living experience in Australia
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including night and weekend shifts
- Proficiency in English (required) for business communication
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred for supplier and partner communication
- Additional language skills are a plus for serving a diverse customer base
