About the Role:
We're seeking passionate and skilled Cooks to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in creating delicious meals that delight our guests, working alongside a friendly and supportive team.
45 hours per week.
Your remuneration is $32.25 per hour ($75,465per annum) as per the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010 and FNH’s Remuneration, Reward and Recognition Policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to set menus and recipes.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with food preparation and plating.
- Follow all food safety regulations.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- Strong understanding of food safety principles (HACCP preferred)
- Excellent knife skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
