Role & Responsibilities
Oversee the construction of approximately 15 new homes across Sydney.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Schedule and coordinate trades on-site.
Provide weekly progress reports to your Project Manager.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Maintain strong relationships with tradespeople—a local network within Sydney is desirable.
Proactively resolve build issues and communicate with clients.
Uphold all Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.
About You
A safety-first approach to construction.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge and experience with various tools and construction methods.
Must have used the construction management software
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor.
Certificate IV in Building and Construction (desirable).
Valid rights to work in Australia.
Visa 482 sponsorship available for the right candidates.
