Are you a passionate and experienced Chef looking for an opportunity to work in Australia’s FIFO industry? We are currently seeking expressions of interest from skilled, certified Chefs who require employer sponsorship to join remote site catering teams across Australia.
Successful candidates would receive:
- 2 weeks on, 1 week off rosters, FIFO from Perth (flights included)
- Fortnightly pay
- Fulltime - $100,000 to $120,00 per annum, including incentives
- Career progression, further training, and development are on offer
- Meals & accommodation provided whilst working in the village

What we are looking for:
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent trade qualification)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Proven ability to cook in bulk/batch for large groups, previous experience in events, catering and/or functions
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams of chefs and kitchenhands
- Strong understanding of HACCP food safety standards
- Commitment to quality, presentation, and attention to detail
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
