We are looking for our next group of experienced, enthusiastic, driven and collaborative Occupational Therapists to join our growing multi-disciplinary team. Positions are open for clinicians from new graduate through to experienced.
About the Role:

Join an established and industry leading private practice, supporting the community across the lifespan, with a passionate, supportive and dynamic team. We are a teaching clinic, so have a variety of team members at various stages of their careers, which builds strong learning and dynamic energy throughout our team.
We work in a collaborative manner, engaging with carers and parents, educators, and other allied health professionals, from a wide variety of referral sources. Referrals are accepted across the lifespan – for children from the age of 2 years, through childhood and adolescence, and throughout adulthood. We work out of two clinics (Yarra Junction and Warragul), as well as providing community based support (e.g. home, school, kinder, aged care), and offering Telehealth coaching and intervention that can be done in the clinic or Work From Home.

Essential Criteria
- AHPRA Registration
- Compassionate rapport building skills, excellent organisational and communications skills, experience providing detailed assessments and reports, and evidence-inspired and strengths based clinical practice
- Passionate commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
- Motivation to learn from and with team mates and colleagues
- Strong training and experience in both intervention and assessment
- Readiness to work in one or both of our Yarra Junction and Warragul communities (school, clinic, or ad hoc), as well as via Telehealth and community based practice
- NDIS Worker Screening

- WWCC and Police Check
- Current Vic Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Desirable Criteria
- Experience or passion for paediatric occupational therapy
- Experience or openness to clients with a variety of presenting challenges and strengths
- NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner registration
