Position: Full-Time Machine Operator (Day and Afternoon Shifts)
Location: Cowra Manufacturing Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily production targets while adhering to operating procedures, food safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Production Supervisor on reporting, continuous improvement, and resolving production issues.
- Maintain full operational knowledge of equipment and machinery, reporting any issues promptly.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately on a daily basis.
- Ensure production areas meet quality standards through regular cleaning.
- Promote and participate in a safety culture to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in food manufacturing or a similar environment.
- Availability for shift work if required.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certificate in Food Processing (Desirable).
- Computer literacy skills (Desirable).
- Forklift Licence (Desirable).
