Registered Nurse - Sandhill Aged Care Home, South Launceston
We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our supportive team at Sandhill Aged Care facility in South Launceston. Whether you are an experienced RN or newly qualified, you will work within a collaborative environment and receive guidance from the management team, as well as development opportunities throughout your employment journey with us.
- Night shifts
- Part time, full time and casual positions available
- Sponsorship available for Registered Nurses with APRAH registration

About the role
As Registered Nurse you will work directly with our residents and provide leadership to staff, ensuring legislative requirements and compliance are followed, to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
What you bring:
- Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
- Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
