The Role
We’re seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our established team of 11 senior developers. This is a strictly on-site position—remote applications will not be considered. Flexible arrangements (full-time, part-time, or casual) are available, offering a secure, long-term role with a competitive hourly rate or salary option.
Our Stack
- Backend: Core PHP
- Database: AWS MySQL
- Frontend: JavaScript, jQuery, React JS
About You
We’re not focused on formal qualifications—what matters most is your experience and technical capability. Our existing team consists of developers with 3+ years of industry experience, from both self-taught and academic backgrounds.
We’re looking for developers with strong skills in PHP and MySQL. Knowledge in the following areas is highly desirable:
- ReactJS
- DevOps / SysOps
- API integration
- Database optimisation
- Healthcare data security and compliance
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Team management
You’ll need to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be ready to hit the ground running. The ability to solve problems and deliver outcomes efficiently is crucial.
Sponsorship
For the right candidate, we are willing to consider visa sponsorship if it is required. However, sponsorship would only be offered after a successful three-month probationary period.
