Duties:
- Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:
- Triage all incoming sales requests and act upon or delegate to appropriate team members as required.
- Create quotes and submit to clients for all non-technical related requests.
- Monitor sales activity quote requests and escalate / report on SLA's before they are breached for fast turn-around
- Mange your own client accounts and assist senior Sales Account Managers with maintaining their Opportunity List in CRM.
- Follow up with clients on pending quote validity expirations.
- Maintain and update workflows and processes for the above in the company wiki (knowledge base)
- Work with the team and clients to build rapport and trust for ongoing relationships with business and professional organisations.
- Work with vendors, solution architects, and account managers to ensure client orders have all the correct information required to hand over to procurement for ordering.
