12 month contract opportunity for a Demand Planner within the Perth Branch New Machines Operations Department. Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, the New Machines Planner is responsible for controlling Promise Dates to all machine builds in progress.
The role will play an integral role in providing Promise Dates by reviewing the scopes of work for each machine build, and plan towards reasonably meeting Customer delivery dates, considering workshop capacity, vendor scope, and parts lead times.
This role will work closely with the Branch Operations execution Supervisors, Customer Coordinators, and wider Planning team to ensure accurate Promise Dates are communicated and revised where necessary.
Location: Perth Branch - Reid Rd, WA
Roster: 5/2 10hrs (12-month contract)
To be successful the following is required:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with a keen interest in Project Management.
- Demonstrated highly developed organizational and project management skills, with a strong understanding of project milestones and potential obstacles.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to effectively and efficiently resolve build issues.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels of business.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to comprehend and analyse financial data and reports.
- Analytical thinker with a background in investigation to identify and resolve issues
